| Don has extensive experience in Information Systems. Included in this experience is 22 years in manufacturing. Don is adept in project control, proficient in system design and integration, and has experience in cost accounting and business strategic planning. He has excellent Prism/ERP training skills. He has been working with Prism/ERP since 1987 utilizing all areas including manufacturing, customer service, quality and finance. Don has a MCS degree, is a CPA, and is a member of American Production and Inventory Control Society.

| Bill has extensive experience in plant operations and materials management in the chemical, pharmaceutical and allied industries. He has worked on Prism/ERP implementations in the U.S. and Europe and has hands on experience in all aspects of Manufacturing and Logistics from a user perspective. He has worked with Current Good Manufacturing Practices since their inception in the 70’s. Bill is a member of American Production and Inventory Control Society and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA. Bill also holds an EU Passport to accommodate European assignments.
