| Prism operations audit to identify the appropriate conversion of Prism data into information. This is an adjunct to the Prism systems audit above that addresses integrity of Prism data. This phase evaluates the functionality of the resultant tools required to efficiently run the business. |
The Prism evaluation would include but not be limited to the following general functions:- Review, and where appropriate, optimize the Prism Production Model structures to maximize the integrity of the data flowing into the Prism costing, Prism planning and Prism scheduling activities.
- Evaluation of Prism manufacturing operations to insure that material, labor, overhead and required capacity are provided in accordance with established operating policies.
- Evaluation of the timeliness and efficiency of the Prism customer order entry/invoicing and Prism purchasing/invoice match functions.
